The most important thing about feeling any 'xyz' emotions, starts off with we believing we can feel the emotion or setting an intention that I want to feel that emotion and will plan a way to do so!
Because life is too short if we keep wasting it and to make every single day ours, we need to feel great every single day!
But somehow, if you are in a place in life where you have somehow slid to feeling so down low - can easily happen after 1hr of aimless instagram scrolls or Netflix binge sesions - that you cant imagine even fake saying out loud that "I feel great today"...
In those moments:
1. Play your favorite upbeat music!
2. Make a list of things that make you happy - e.g. working out, being in nature etc, smell of a freshly lit candle - and incorporate a way to bring it into your schedule
3. Stop what you are thinking /doing to take 3 deep breaths, objectively observe your thoughts and pass down the message that it is all in the head and you can flip it in a second
4. Stretch your arms up and over your head. Expand your chest. Feel the power of expansiveness you can create
Allow every single day to be yours, running on your own rules!
